Chain Shortening Service

Found the perfect chain but it's too long? Leave it to us!

Please add this service to your cart and write in the notes section upon checkout what length you would like your chain shortened to.

If you would like the extra chain (cut off portion) sent with your order, please choose that option. If you don't need the removed chain and would like the shortening fee waived instead, please select that.

Please note that because the chain will need to be cut, a small portion of the removed part may be damaged/unusable for future use. If the links are the type where we would have to cut it in the middle for the desired length, we will contact you to discuss the closest options available after you place your order, or please email us at hello@kotajewelry.com prior to purchase. 

Please adjust the quantity of this service in your cart to reflect the number of bracelets/necklaces that you want shortened. If you are ordering multiple items to be sized but only want certain ones done, or if you are sizing them to different lengths, please specify in the notes section upon checkout to which item(s) you want this service applied and to which length.

Please note that adding this service may cause your entire order to ship up to four weeks from the order date. If you need this item by a certain date or have ordered multiple items and would like your order sent in parts, please email orders@kotajewelry.com.
